1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Suret Alive website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Suret Alive offers the following services:
- Deep Core Club, offering weekly studio group fitness classes in Wolwespruit, Pretoria
- Private fitness training sessions (one-on-one)
- Corporate deep health coaching and wellness sessions
- Online fitness programmes (digital, self-paced)
- Digital guides and physical equipment available through our shop
3. Deep Core Club membership
The Deep Core Club is a subscription-based studio class that runs every Wednesday from 08:15 to 09:15 at the Wolwespruit studio, 501 Jochemus Street, Erasmuskloof, Pretoria.
- Membership is billed monthly or annually via PayFast recurring subscription
- Your subscription continues indefinitely until you cancel
- Cancellation must be requested at least 5 business days before your next billing date
- All members are required to bring their own foam roller and exercise mat to every session
- Suret Alive reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes with reasonable notice
- No refunds are provided for missed sessions
4. Digital products
All digital products (programmes and guides) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
5. Physical products
Physical products (foam rollers and exercise mats) are subject to availability. Delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for unused items in original packaging.
6. Health disclaimer
Suret Alive's coaching, classes and programmes are intended for general wellness and fitness purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise programme, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition or injury.
By participating in any Suret Alive class, programme or session, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that Suret Alive is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Suret Alive website, including text, images, programme materials and digital guides, is the property of Suret Alive and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
8. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
